General introduction

Tam Phat Investment Corporation would like to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation to our valued clients who have given us the opportunity to introduce our services as well as to know more about how to provide the services to our clients.

Tam Phat Investment Corporation has been hatched from 2014, with the desire to support enterprises in accounting, legal area and office rent so that the enterprises could focus on their business. By the year 2016, Tam Phat Investment Corporation was officially established and developed by a team of knowledgeable and experienced people who had worked for large enterprises.

Ms. Do Thi Thu Huong
Tax advisor

Ms. Thu Huong is currently the tax – finance advisor of the company. Ms. Thu Huong graduated from the Academy of Finance and gained Certificate of Chief Accountant, Certificate of Auditor Practices (CPA). She has many years of experience in accounting and taxation at foreign investment funds on telecommunications infrastructure. Currently, she focuses on supporting clients in the tax and accounting sectors.

Ms. Phung Thi Kim Cuong
Head of Legal Consulting Service

Ms. Kim Cuong is currently the head of legal consulting service of the company. Ms. Kim Cuong received the master’s degree from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Law and completed the lawyer training course. Prior to joining the company, she had many years of practice at law firms and in-house legal consultancy at a large construction company. At present, Kim Cuong is focusing on corporate, mergers and acquisitions and employment.

Ms. Phan Thi Thuy Trang
Tax advisor

Thuy Trang is currently the tax – finance advisor of the company. She graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Law and gained Certificate of Chief Accountant, Certificate of Tax Agent Practices, and Certificate of Auditor Practices (CPA). She has many years of experience in auditing and taxation at major audit firms in Vietnam. Currently, she focuses on supporting clients in the tax and accounting sectors.

Ms. Dao Thi Huyen Trang
Senior Legal Advisor

Ms. Huyen Trang is currently a senior legal advisor of the company. Huyen Trang received a master’s degree from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Law. Prior to joining the company, Huyen Trang had many years of legal advice at banks, credit funds and telecommunications infrastructure. At present, she focuses on the corporate, investment and finance.
